Stainless Steel Disco Check Valve AISI304 4" DN100 

Stainless Steel Disco Check Valve, as its name suggests, is a disc-shaped spring-loaded control valve that is placed between two flanges. The middle part of Disco Check Valve is spring and there is a disc-shaped flap at the top of the spring. With the power of the spring, the flap closes the middle of the disco check valve. With the pressure of the fluid coming from the opposite side, the valve cannot withstand the force of the pressurized fluid and opens. With the decrease of the pressure, the disco check valve is closed by the force of the spring through the valve. Sealing gaskets are used between flanges and disco check valves according to the type of fluid in order to provide leakage.

Stainless Steel Disco Check Valves are available in AISI304/304L and AISI316/316L qualities and from 1/8 "up to 12" sizes in our stock.
